Mark is our Managing Director and is a Certified Accountant (ACCA). Mark is our expert in the charity and not-for-profit sector although he also looks after commercial, solicitors and personal clients.

Director
Richard is a Director and is mainly focused on our Commercial sector but also has specific expertise in the healthcare sector.
Jan Maclean
Practice Manager
Jan is our Practice Manager and is responsible for all of the operational parts of our business: the behind the scenes stuff that has to be done in any company and which is usually a legal requirement, such as employment law, HR, health & safety, premises etc as well as ensuring we meet the requirements of our regulators.
